By using KAI NEWSSTAND ("the Service"), operated by Kainoter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. You may cancel via the billing portal linked from your account settings. Refunds follow applicable law and Stripe policy.

Content & publishers

Publications remain the property of their respective publishers. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to read content through the Service. Redistribution, scraping, or bulk downloading outside permitted offline features is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse AI features, attempt to bypass paywalls, or interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
